The first day of this class I came in to the class thinking this was going to be strictly a photography class. It was a pleasent surprise when saw that we were going to be using photoshop. I used to kinda play around with PS but when in this class I really started to focus on it. And I've always wanted to do a jersey swap for football, and with some simple techniques that you showed me, I did my best to do a jersey swap of JT Barret and Tyrod. It turned out pretty good, but the next time i did it with Baker Mayfield and Rustle Wilson, it looked so much better. Another reason why I took this class is because I got a new DSLR camera and I wanted to learn how to use the settings and menus. I was quickly able to catch on and learn how to do adjust the settings to take the best picture possible. Like at first I would have too small of an aperture and it wouldn't focus on one main things I have learned so much in this class and I really feel as if I will be able to use these skills throughout life and my school career. Its going to come in good use when I'm taking pictures later on alone, and I will know what to do. I'll know what settings to change and when.

Architecture F/ 4.6, 1/16, ISO 800 I cropped the picture to take out the tree on the right side. In this I chose Architecture and I went downtown ann arbor to get my best picture. The rest of the pictures were taken of my or my grandparents house.
Open Assignment In this assignment we were able to pick our own tutorial video. I decided to do a jersey swap video, and I did this once before but this time I actually did it the way it was supposed to be done. I learned how to twist the jersey in the was his body twists so it makes it look like he is wearing the jersey, not the jersey just cropped on top of him.
Black and WhiteF/5.0, 1/320, ISO 1600. For this project I did black and white because I feel as if it adds more drama to the pictures. It makes the pictures look more deep and in depth by adding the black and white. I feel if I wouldn't of added the filter on to the pictures that it wouldn't have the same effect.
Portrait Demo In this assignment, we took pictures from a studio and from natural sun light. In photoshop we used our prior knowledge to make these edits and have the two compared side by side. We had to do it on our own with almost no instruction.
PanoramicIn this project we had to go around and take 3 pictures of s certain area, and after we would go into photoshop and edit the pictures together, making it look like it was one. I learned now how if I ever need a pano picture I will know what to do.
Nature F 8 1/125 ISO1600 No edits were done to this picture. I chose to do nature, because now that its fall time, all of the plants and trees are starting to change colors. And there are very few flowers left, a lot of them are starting to die off. Such as that one picture with the yellow flower, it was the last one in all of the plants. It really stood out.
CarsF/ 5.6, 1/80, ISO 100 I didn't use any editing for this picture. This project I did the open category, and picked cars. My Dad buys, fixes, and sells old muscle cars. He just picked up this 76' Grand Prix that is the exact model car that my Dad had in high school. I think its so cool that i'm able to drive the same kind of car my Dad had in high school.
In this project, we had to get a picture of a car and make it look more appealing. In photoshop, i brushed out some of the reflections, tinted the windows, cut out the background to have they views eye be focused on the cars beauty. The first picture is a before, and the second is after. So you can see all the editing that was done to it. In this project we got to really feel more comfortable with the stamp tool, and selection tool.
